摘要
以数智化技术为驱动,从图书馆知识服务模式、关键技术和平台构建3个方面探讨了图书馆知识服务的研究现状,力图寻求图书馆知识服务智慧化发展机遇和应用前景;在此基础上,从人、设备、资源、服务和平台构建方面提出应对策略,从而进一步优化图书馆知识服务的实施路径,推动构建全新格局的图书馆智慧知识服务体系。
This paper analyses the current research status of library knowledge services from three aspects:library knowledge service models,key technologies,and platform construction.It strives to seek opportunities and application prospects for the intelligent development of library knowledge services,and proposes corresponding strategies from the as⁃pects of personnel,equipment,resources,services,and platform construction,in order to further optimize the implemen⁃tation path of library knowledge services and promote the construction of a new pattern of library intelligent knowledge ser⁃vice system.
