摘要
目的 探讨氟曲马唑乳膏结合制霉素阴道栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者的临床效果。方法纳入2021年6月至2022年12月菏泽市牡丹人民医院收治的100例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者为研究对象,用随机抽签法分为对照组(50例)及观察组(50例)。对照组应用制霉素阴道栓单一治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用氟曲马唑乳膏联合治疗,比较两组临床症状改善时间、临床总有效率、复发率。结果 观察组外阴红肿、外阴瘙痒、白带异常及外阴疼痛改善时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 氟曲马唑乳膏结合制霉素阴道栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病,可以有效缩短临床症状改善时间,提高治疗效果,降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Flutramazole Cream combined with Nystatin Vaginal Suppository in the treatment of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods A total of 100 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis admitted to People’s Hospital of Mudan,Heze from June 2021 to December 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by random drawing method.The control group was treated with Nystatin Vaginal Suppository alone.The observation group was treated with Flutramazole Cream on the basis of the control group.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,total clinical effective rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of vulvar redness and swelling,vulvar pruritus,abnormal leucorrhea,and vulvar pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flutramazole Cream combined with Nystatin Vaginal Suppository in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis can effectively shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect,and reduce the recurrence rate.
