摘要
针对道路施工现场产生的扬尘,通过现场试验确定所研制复合型抑尘剂的稀释倍数及喷洒量,验证其抑尘效果。应用结果如下:通过干燥时间、土体表面结壳及溶液外渗情况,确定夏季高温下抑尘剂溶液的最佳喷洒量为1.5 L/m^(2),且需每2 h补喷一次;对现场实际应用前后空气中颗粒物浓度监测数据进行分析,证明复合型抑尘剂可有效降低环境中的PM2.5(细颗粒物)、PM10(可吸入颗粒物)和TSP(total suspended particles,总悬浮微粒)浓度;测试喷洒抑尘剂后土体的抗风蚀性能,分析复合型抑尘剂的作用机理,结合场地条件估算抑尘剂应用成本,证明复合型抑尘剂在稀释倍数为40时,兼具优良的抗风蚀性能和经济环保特性。
Aiming at the dust generated at the road construction site,the composite dust suppressant developed was tested on site to determine the dilution times and spraying amount and to verify the dust suppression effect.The application results are as follows:Through the drying time,surface crusting and solution exudation,the optimal spraying amount of the dust suppressant solution under high temperature in summer is determined to be 1.5 L/m^(2),and it is necessary to make up the spraying once every 2 h;the monitoring data of air particulate concentration before and after the actual application on the site are analyzed,which proves that the composite dust suppressant can effectively reduce the concentration of PM2.5,PM10 and TSP(total suspended particles)in the environment;test the wind erosion resistance of the soil after spraying the dust suppressant,analyze the action mechanism of the composite dust suppressant,estimate the application cost of the dust suppressant by combining with the site conditions,it is proved that the composite dust suppressant has both excellent wind erosion resistance and economic and environmental protection characteristics when it is diluted at a multiple of 40.
