摘要
为促进建筑废弃物减量化与“减污降碳”工作,本文根据系统动力学理论构建建筑废弃物减量化碳减排效益模型,以深圳市一在建住宅项目为例进行模型仿真,分析减量化所引起的碳减排效益变化,结果表明:施工现场实施建筑废弃物减量化相比于不采取任何减量化措施,总碳排放量减少了19.73%,建筑废弃物减量化能产生良好的碳减排效益,其中施工单位采取低废技术、现场分类分拣减量化措施所产生的碳减排效益最为直接与明显,当政府部门、建设单位、施工单位共同发挥减量化作用时,产生的建筑废弃物减量化碳减排效益最大。
In order to promote the reduction of construction waste and the work of"pollution reduction and carbon reduction",this paper constructs a carbon emission reduction benefit model of construction waste reduction based on the theory of system dynamics,takes a residential project under construction in Shenzhen as an example to simulate the model,and analyzes the changes in carbon emission reduction benefits caused by reduction.The results show that the total carbon emission of construction waste reduction is reduced by 19.73%compared with no reduction measures at the construction site,and the reduction of construction waste produces good carbon emission reduction benefits,and the carbon emission reduction benefits generated by construction units adopting low-waste technology and on-site classification and sorting source reduction measures are the most direct and obvious.When the government,construction unit and construction unit play a joint role in reduction,the carbon emission reduction benefits of construction waste reduction are the largest.
