基于SFE参数化建模的汽车新平台开发

Development of a new vehicle platform based on SFE parametric modeling

摘要 通过分析传统分车型研发模式,引出基于SFE参数化建模的汽车新平台开发。通过对标标杆车制订新平台刚度和模态性能指标,准备所需要的开发输入,详细介绍了新平台模型搭建过程和方法。根据性能目标对概念模型进行多方案性能提升工作,通过框架布置、断面尺寸调整、改变搭接方式等手段,在外造型冻结时刻同步使车身刚度模态性能达到目标值。先期结构性能材料一体化设计,大幅缩短开发周期,降低车型开发成本,提升性能指标。
