摘要
军事测量体系是一个复杂系统,需要用系统思维来指导体系结构的设计。通过对系统思维整体性、全面性、动态性特点进行分析,以及对“结构影响行为”的解读,论述了其对体系结构设计的指导意义。基于系统思维理论,提出从物理层、连接层、文化层三方面构建我军军事测量体系结构的思考建议,以期形成结构完善,机制灵活,长效运行的测量体系。
The military measurement system is a complex system,which requires systematic thinking to guide the design of the system structure.Through the analysis of the integrity,comprehensiveness,and dynamic characteristics of system thinking,and the interpretation of “structure influence behavior”,the guiding significance to system structure design is discussed.Based on the theory of systems thinking,it puts forward suggestions for constructing our military measurement system structure from three aspects:physical layer,connection layer,and cultural layer,in order to form a measurement system with a complete structure,flexible mechanism,and long-term operation.
