摘要
文章旨在探究L-精氨酸(L-Arg)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化和免疫指标的影响。试验将200头初重(8.14±0.07)kg、日龄相近、健康的杂交仔猪随机分为4组,每组5个重复、每个重复10头。试验日粮分别向基础日粮中添加0%、0.1%、0.2%和0.4%的L-Arg。饲养试验持续70?d。结果表明:0.2%和0.4%的L-Arg添加组仔猪的终末体重分别显著提高5.02%和4.18%(P <0.05);0.2%和0.4%的L-Arg添加组仔猪的平均日增重分别显著提高5.28%和4.42%(P <0.05);0.2%和0.4%的L-Arg添加组仔猪的平均日增重分别显著降低6.40%和3.81%(P <0.05);此外,L-Arg对仔猪采食量无显著影响(P> 0.05)。日粮添加0.2%和0.4%的L-Arg显著提高仔猪血清TP、GLB和ALB含量(P <0.05),日粮添加L-Arg显著降低仔猪血清BUN含量(P <0.05);此外,日粮添加L-Arg对仔猪血清ALT和AST活性无显著影响(P> 0.05)。日粮添加0.2%和0.4%的L-Arg显著提高仔猪血清IgA含量(P <0.05);日粮添加L-Arg显著提高仔猪血清IgM含量(P <0.05);日粮添加0.2%和0.4%的L-Arg显著提高仔猪血清补体C4含量(P <0.05);此外,日粮添加L-Arg对仔猪血清IgG和补体C3均无显著影响(P> 0.05)。日粮添加L-Arg对仔猪肝、肾、脾和腹股沟淋巴结均无显著影响(P> 0.05)。在本试验条件下,L-Arg最适添加量为0.3%。
The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effects of L-arginine on the growth performance,serum biochemical and immune indicators of weaned piglets.200 healthy hybrid piglets with an initial weight of(8.14±0.07)kg and similar age were randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 5 replicates and 10 piglets per replicate.Add 0%,0.1%,0.2%,and 0.4%L-Arg to the basic feed as the experimental feed.The feeding experiment lasted for 70 days.The results showed that the final body weight of piglets added with 0.2%and 0.4%L-Arg significantly increased by 5.02% and 4.18%,respectively(P<0.05);The average daily weight gain of piglets added with 0.2% and 0.4%L-Arg significantly increased by 5.28% and 4.42%,respectively(P<0.05);The average daily weight gain of piglets in the 0.2% and 0.4%L-Arg addition groups was significantly reduced by 6.40%and 3.81%,respectively(P<0.05);In addition,L-Arg had no significant effect on the feed intake of piglets(P>0.05).Adding 0.2% and 0.4%L-Arg to the diet significantly increased the serum TP,GLB,and ALB content of piglets(P<0.05),while adding L-Arg to the diet significantly reduced the serum BUN content of piglet(s P<0.05);In addition,the addition of L-Arg to the diet had no significant effect on the serum ALT and AST activities of piglet(s P>0.05).The addition of 0.2% and 0.4%L-Arg to the diet significantly increased the serum IgA content of piglets(P<0.05);The addition of L-Arg significantly increased the serum IgM content in piglets(P<0.05);The addition of 0.2% and 0.4%L-Arg significantly increased the serum complement C4 content in piglets(P<0.05);In addition,adding L-Arg to the diet had no significant effect on serum IgG and complement C3 in piglets(P>0.05).The addition of L-Arg to feed had no significant effect on the liver,kidney,spleen,and inguinal lymph nodes of piglets(P>0.05).Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal amount of L-Arg added is 0.3%.
