摘要
康明斯柴油发动机的生产原材料为合金铸铁,可更换湿式缸套作为缸体的一款发动机。康明斯柴油发动机的故障率要高于其他品牌的同类型发动机,所以为了提高康明斯柴油发动机的社会应用价值,众多专家和学者相继对其开展研究,从而总结出康明斯柴油发动机常见的故障,以及引发故障的原因,并针对其提出了有效的预防措施。研究结果表明,康明斯柴油发动机常见的故障主要有环境、排气管、发动机引起,其中发动机引发的故障最多,进而针对环境、排气管和发动机提出了对应预防措施,同时在阐述过程中,通过较为详细的介绍,致使本次研究的科学性与创新性有所增加。
The production raw material for Cummins diesel engines is alloy cast iron,and the wet cylinder liner can be replaced as an engine block.The failure rate of Cummins diesel engines is higher than that of other brands of similar engines.Therefore,in order to improve the social application value of Cummins diesel engines,many experts and scholars have conducted research on them,summarizing the common faults of Cummins diesel engines and the causes of the faults,and proposing effective preventive measures for them.The research results indicate that the common faults of Cummins diesel engines are mainly caused by the environment,exhaust pipes,and engine,with the engine causing the most faults.Corresponding preventive measures have been proposed for the environment,exhaust pipes,and engine.At the same time,through a more detailed introduction,the scientific and innovative nature of this study has been increased.
