摘要
中医导引术采用形体运动、呼吸吐纳、精神调节相结合的方法,从精、气、神对人体进行调节,具有调整机体阴阳状态、防病治病、延年益寿等作用。绝经前后诸证,是指妇女在围绝经期,出现烘热汗出、面红潮热、烦躁易怒、手足心热、耳鸣心悸、头晕目眩、失眠健忘、精神倦怠、腰背酸痛、月经紊乱等症状,对围绝经期女性的生理和心理均有不良影响。中医导引术是绝经前后诸证的中医特色治疗方法,不仅可以改善围绝经期女性的局部身体症状,还有助于调节机体气血、脏腑、阴阳,使机体达到整体相对平衡的状态。
TCM guidance combining physical exercise and breathing and mental regulation can modulate the essence,qi,and spirit of the human body,with the effects of harmonizing yin and yang,preventing and treating diseases,and prolonging life.Perimenopausal symptoms include hot flash,irritability,feverish feeling in palms and soles,tinnitus,palpitation,dizziness,insomnia,amnesia,mental burnout,low back pain,and menstrual disorder,demonstrating negative effects on the physical and psychological health of women in the perimenopausal period.TCM guidance is a characteristic method for treating postmenopausal symptoms.It can not only alleviate the local physical symptoms but also regulate the qi,blood,zang-fu organs,and yin and yang to restore the body harmony of women in the perimenopausal period.
