摘要
                
                    根据2016-2020年“十三五”期间银川市功能区、道路交通、区域声环境质量监测数据,分析银川市声环境质量的空间分布特征及年度时间变化特征。2016-2020年银川市各类功能区声环境均达到国家标准限值,未出现超标现象。城区昼间道路交通噪声平均等效声级小于68dB(A),道路交通噪声强度等级均为“一级”,总体水平评价均为“好”。2016-2020年银川市昼间区域声环境质量等级均为“二级”,总体水平评价均为“较好”。结果表明:“十三五”期间银川市声环境质量状况良好,保持在一个相对稳定的水平,但从声源强度来看,仍需持续加强道路交通、社会生活噪声管控,根据建筑施工、道路交通、工业企业及社会生活等噪声污染产生原因,结合实际情况,从多方面分析并提出相应防治措施。
                
                According to the monitoring data of Yinchuan functional area,road traffic and regional acoustic environmental quality during the 13th Five-Year Plan period from 2016 to 2020,the spatial distribution characteristics and annual time change characteristics of Yinchuan acoustic environmental quality are analyzed.From 2016 to 2020,the acoustic environment of various functional areas in Yinchuan City reached the national standard limit without exceeding the standard.The average equivalent sound level of urban daytime road traffic noise is less than 68 dB(A),and the road traffic noise intensity level is all Level 1,and the overall level evaluation is"good".From 2016 to 2020,the area sound environment quality of Yinchuan in the daytime was rated as Grade II,and the overall level was evaluated as"good".The results indicate that during the 13h Five Year Plan period,the sound environment quality in Yinchuan City was good and maintained at a relatively stable level.However,from the perspective of sound source intensity,road traffic and social life noise still need to be continuously strengthened and controlled.Based on the causes of noise pollution in construction,road traffic,industrial enterprises,and social life,and combined with the actual situation,corresponding prevention and control measures are analyzed and proposed from multiple aspects.
