摘要
创新是企业的长期战略,必须掌握好创新的节奏。基于中国高技术产业统计年鉴数据,综合采用面板回归模型、门槛回归模型以及贝叶斯向量自回归模型进行实证研究。研究结果表明:近年来高技术产业创新更加稳健,稳定创新的绩效良好,但突击创新绩效不佳;稳定创新与突击创新协调水平不高;稳定创新中等水平时对科技成果的绩效最佳;科技成果水平越高时突击创新的绩效越好,而研发经费和研发人员较高时突击创新的绩效越低。在此基础上,提出坚持稳定创新根本路径,突击创新只是特殊情况下的必要手段,掌握好稳定创新与突击创新的节奏,加强稳定创新与突击创新的协调。
Innovation is a long-term strategy of enterprises,and it is necessary to grasp the rhythm of innovation.However,relative researches are very limited.The paper puts forward the concepts of stable innovation and quick innovation,and theoretically analyzes their relationship and mechanism.Based on the data from statistical yearbook of China's high-tech industry,this paper uses panel regression model,threshold regression model and Bayesian vector auto-regression model to conduct empirical research.The results show that in recent years,the innovation of high-tech industry is more stable,which means the performance of stable innovation is good,but the performance of quick innovation is poor.The coordination between stable innovation and quick innovation is low.The performance of stable innovation on scientific and technological achievements is the best when stable innovation isat the medium level.The higher the level of scientific and technological achievements,the better the performance of quick innovation.When R&D expenditure and R&D personnel are high,the performance of quick innovation is low.Based on the findings,this paper puts forward that we should adhere to the basic path of stable innovation,and quick innovation is only a necessary method under special circumstances.We should grasp the rhythm of stable innovation and quick innovation,and strengthen the coordination between them.
