摘要
探讨补肾活血汤联合InterTAN治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折(ITF)的临床效果。选取2021年3月—2023年3月纳雍县人民医院收治的84例ITF患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各42例。对照组予以InterTAN内固定治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用补肾活血汤治疗。比较两组疼痛评分、肢体肿胀情况、骨折愈合时间、血液流变学指标、髋关节功能、日常生活能力、生活质量及并发症。观察组术后VAS评分、肿胀处周径差低于对照组,骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后7d时血清D-D、血浆黏度、FIB指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月关节功能、畸形、疼痛程度、关节活动度及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,补肾活血汤联合InterTAN内固定可增强老年ITF治疗效果,减轻术后疼痛、肿胀,改善患者血液流变学指标,缩短骨折愈合时间,促进关节功能恢复,且并发症少。
Exploring the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Tang combined with InterTAN in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fractures of the femur(ITF).84 patients with ITF admitted to Nayong People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with InterTAN internalfixation,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Tang in addition to the control group.Compare the pain scores,limb swelling,fracture healing time,hemorheological indicators,hip joint function,daily living ability,quality of life,and complications between two groups.The postoperative VAS score and the difference in circumference of the swollen area in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the fracture healing time was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);At 7 days after surgery,the serum D-D,plasma viscosity,and FIB indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The joint function,deformity,pain level,joint range of motion,and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 3 months after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of Bushen Huoxue Tang and InterTAN internalfixation can enhance the treatment effect of elderly ITF,reduce postoperative pain and swelling,improve patient hemorheological indicators,shorten fracture healing time,promote joint function recovery,and have fewer complications.
