锂电正极材料企业ESG表现的研究综述与展望 被引量:2

摘要 ESG表现是国际主流绿色可持续发展理念的重要体现,关注环境、社会、治理绩效而非单纯财务绩效。锂电正极材料作为国家战略新兴产业,ESG践行影响行业高质量发展和高质量对外出口,然而正极材料企业ESG表现的形式不清晰、缺少数字经济对ESG表现的影响研究。本文通过梳理锂电正极材料企业ESG表现的现有研究,阐述了ESG表现的度量方式,综述了ESG表现的内、外部影响因素和经济后果。锂电正极材料企业应当立足行业特色,积极融入国际化标准体系,践行ESG发展理念,寻找新的发展机遇,提升企业核心竞争力,促进企业绿色、低碳可持续发展。 ESG performance is an important embodiment of the internationally mainstream concept of green and sustainable development,focusing on environmental,social,and governance performance rather than pure financial performance.As a national strategic emerging industry,the practice of ESG in lithium battery cathode materials affects the high-quality development and high-quality exports of the industry.However,the forms of ESG performance of cathode material companies are unclear,and there is a lack of research on the impact of digital economy on ESG performance.This article summarizes the existing research on the ESG performance of lithium battery cathode material companies,expounds the measurement methods of ESG performance,and reviews the internal and external influencing factors and economic consequences of ESG performance.Lithium battery cathode material companies should base themselves on industry characteristics,actively integrate into the international standard system,practice the ESG development concept,seek new development opportunities,enhance their core competitiveness,and promote green and low-carbon sustainable development of the enterprise.
