摘要
随着城镇化不断深入,我国城市发展从高速度转为高质量。在新发展理念下,秉承以人民为中心的城市更新实践,成为未来城乡高质量建设的主旋律。以幸福社区为切入点,聚焦城市有机更新与片区综合开发,推动城市空间更新与结构优化、服务功能与产业体系完善、生活品质与生态环境提升,转变城市开发建设方式,并对其商业模式与产品模型提出建议,探索宜居、绿色、韧性、智慧、人文的特色城市发展道路。
With the continuous deepening of urbanization,the development of Chinese cities has transformed from high-speed to high-quality.Under the new development concept,adhering to the people-centered urban renewal practice has become the main theme of high-quality urban and rural construction in the future.Taking well-being community as the starting point,focusing on urban organic renewal and comprehensive development of areas,promoting urban space renewal and structure optimization,the improvement of service functions and industrial systems,the elevation of quality life and ecological environment,transforming urban development and construction methods,and providing suggestions for their business models and product models,to explore path to development cities with characteristics of livability,green,resilience,intelligence and humanism.
