摘要
煤矿综采工作面集中控制系统主要由硬件与软件构成,软件为其核心部分。软件设计与开发质量直接关系整个系统的运行效果,因此,现代煤矿综采工作面集中控制系统的设计应注重软件模块的开发。根据控制系统的功能需求,以WinCC开发环境为背景,从人机界面、WinCC与自动化系统通信、过程值归档等角度出发,提出了一种软件开发方案,以此为综采工作面集中控制系统的设计提供支持。
The centralized control system of fully mechanized coal mining face is mainly composed of hardware and software,of which software is the core part,and the quality of software design and development is directly related to the operation effect of the whole system.Therefore,the development of software modules should be paid attention to in the design of the centralized control system of modern fully mechanized coal mining face.according to the functional requirements of the control system,this paper proposes a software development scheme from the perspectives of human-machine interface,communication between WinCC and automation system,and process value archiving,based on the WinCC development environment,so as to provide support for the design of the centralized control system of fully mechanized mining face.
