摘要
2017年12月,中央印发《关于在湖泊实施湖长制的指导意见》,明确要求全面建立湖长制。文章分析了湖泊治理保护的主要特点、实施湖长制的任务要求以及推进湖长制落地见效的有关措施建议,为管理和研究提供参考。
In December 2017,the central government issued the"Guiding Opinions on Implementing the Lake Chief Sys-tem in Lakes",which clearly requires the comprehensive establishment of the Lake Chief System.This article analyzes the main characteristics of lake governance and protection,the requirements for implementing the Lake Chief System,and measures and suggestions for promoting the effective implementation of the Lake Chief System,providing references for management and research.
