With the rapid advancement of urbanization, the continuous introduction of population, and the rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles, traffic congestion has brought new challenges to urban management, especially the problem of"difficult and disorderly parking"around hospitals has become a difficult problem in urban governance. In recent years, the scale of urban parking facilities in China has continued to expand, with more diversified means of transportation and more complete road facilities. However, there is still a shortage of supply capacity.Due to the limited internal and surrounding space of medical institutions, the number of parking spaces is difficult to meet actual needs, resulting in low traffic efficiency and public satisfaction.By analyzing typical urban problems and governance cases in China, effective improvement measures such as urban planning, architectural design, transportation layout, functional reconstruction, and technological empowerment are summarized.Based on the analysis and research of the current transportation situation of nantong regional medical center, optimization paths are proposed for reference.
