摘要
指纹活性检测任务是指纹识别系统中备受关注的重点研究方向,对于生物识别系统的安全性有着重大的意义。文章梳理和分析了现有的基于深度学习的指纹活性检测方案的优缺点,并对其进行归纳总结。首先介绍了传统指纹活性检测系统的缺陷,再从图像预处理和深度学习网络两个角度总结了现有的指纹活性检测算法。最后,基于上述讨论的内容,探讨了未来指纹活性检测研究的发展方向和趋势。
Fingerprint liveness detection is a key research direction in fingerprint recognition systems and holds significant importance for the security of biometric authentication systems.This paper reviews and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing fingerprint liveness detection mcthods based on dcep learning,and provides a comprehensive summary.Firstly,the drawbacks of traditional fingerprint liveness detection systems are introduced,followed by a summary of existing fingerprint liveness detection algorithms from the perspectives of image preprocessing and deep learning networks.Finally,based on the discussion above,the future directions and trends of fingerprint liveness detection research are explored.
