低碳烯烃生产技术现状与创新及其竞争力分析 被引量:3

摘要 乙烯、丙烯等低碳烯烃是重要的化工原料,从能耗、环境和经济角度综合分析现有的低碳烯烃生产工艺,发现石脑油蒸汽裂解工艺能耗和原料成本较高;轻烃蒸汽裂解和烷烃催化脱氢工艺原料对外依存度高,产品组成单一,抗风险能力较差;重油催化裂解工艺甲烷产率高,烯烃产率难以提升,综合能耗较高;甲醇制烯烃工艺则在成本、能耗和环境方面均存在显著缺陷。针对现有技术的不足,开发了生产低碳烯烃的靶向催化裂化工艺,可显著降低甲烷产率,同时大幅提高乙烯产率,在装置能耗和生产成本上具有较强的竞争力。 Light olefins like ethylene and propylene are important chemical raw materials.In this paper,the main production process of light olefins were evaluated from prospectives of energy,environment,and economy,and the result shows that the naphtha steam cracking has a significant disadvantage over energy consumption and raw material cost.Steam cracking of light hydrocarbons and catalytic dehydrogenation of alkane have high dependence on imported raw materials,single product composition,and poor risk resistance.The excessively high methane yield,difficulty of increasing olefin yield,and high comprehensive energy consumption constrain the development of catalytic cracking of heavy oil.Methanol to olefin process also has significant defects in cost,energy consumption,and environment.To overcome the imperfections of these processes,a targeted catalytic cracking to olefins(TCO)process is proposed to significantly reduce the yield of methane and substantially increase the ethylene yield,which has strong competitiveness in energy consumption and production economy.
