摘要
鲜红斑痣(Port-wine stain,PWS)是一种常见的先天性血管畸形病变,临床表现为压之可褪色的不规则红色斑片,约有75%的患者发病于头面部,其颜色可由初始的粉红色进展为鲜红、紫红色,部分患者还可出现局部皮肤的增厚、结节等表现,给患者及家属的社会心理及生理带来较大影响。海姆泊芬光动力疗法是一种无创疗法,被广泛应用于皮肤性疾病及肿瘤性疾病的治疗。近年来,海姆泊芬光动力疗法在PWS的治疗中广泛应用,并取得了显著成效,本文就光动力疗法治疗PWS的研究进展进行综述,以期为PWS的治疗提供理论依据。
Port-wine stain is a common congenital vascular malformation disease.Its clinical manifestation is irregular red patches that can fade when pressed.About 75%of the patients occur on the head and face.Its color can change from the initial pink to dark red and purple red.Some patients can also have local skin thickening,nodules and other manifestations,which has a great impact on the social psychology and physiology of patients and their families.Himporfen photodynamic therapy is a non-invasive therapy,which is widely used in the treatment of skin diseases and tumor diseases.In recent years,himporfen photodynamic therapy has been widely used in the treatment of port wine stains,and has achieved remarkable results.This paper will review and discuss the research progress of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of port wine stains,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of PWS.
