摘要
质量分数分别为221×10^(-6)和285×10^(-6)的两种酸溶铝(Als)的钢样,在650~1190℃时分别采用75%N_(2)+25%H_(2)、50%N_(2)+50%H_(2)、25%N_(2)+75%H_(2)三种加热气氛进行退火试验。结果发现:当Als较低时,随着高温退火氛围中H_(2)比例的升高,磁性能降低;当Als较高时,随着高温退火氛围中H_(2)比例的升高,磁性能升高。分析认为主要是因为高温退火氛围对抑制剂的数量和尺寸产生了一定影响。当Als较低时,由于渗氮后形成的AlN或(Al,Si)N无论数量和尺寸都偏小,抑制剂的抑制能力较小,当高温退火采用较高比例N_(2)时,会进一步促进N向钢基体中的渗入,一方面可以促进AlN或(Al,Si)N的进一步析出,另一方面可以使细小的AlN或(Al,Si)N粒子粗化,进而增强抑制能力。而随着H_(2)比例的提高,这种作用逐步减小,当H_(2)达到一定比例后抑制剂分解速度加快,抑制剂抑制能力减小,二次再结晶温度降低,二次再结晶不易完善。Als较高时,渗氮后形成的AlN或(Al,Si)N数量较多、尺寸偏大,高温退火氛围中N_(2)比例较高时虽然会促进抑制剂的进一步析出,但更多会促使抑制剂粒子的粗化,造成二次再结晶温度降低。
The soluble aluminium(Als)fractions of the two steel samples were 221×10^(-6)and 285×10^(-6),respectively,during high-temperature annealing,the annealing test was carried out at 650~1190℃with three atmospheres:75%N^(2)+25%H_(2),50%N^(2)+50%H_(2)and 25%N^(2)+75%H_(2).The results show that when Als is low,the magnetic properties decrease with the increase of the proportion of hydrogen in the high-temperature annealing atmosphere;When Als is high,the magnetic properties increase with the increase of the proportion of hydrogen in the high-temperature annealing atmosphere.In this paper,it is concluded that the reason for the existence of this phenomenon is mainly due to the influence of the high-temperature annealing atmosphere on the number and size of inhibitors.When Als is low,the inhibitor has less inhibition capacity due to the small number and size of AlN or(Al,Si)N formed after nitriding.When a higher proportion of N^(2)is used for high-temperature annealing,the infiltration of nitrogen into the steel matrix is further promoted,on the one hand,it can promote the further precipitation of AlN or(Al,Si)N,and on the other hand,it can coarse fine AIN or(Al,Si)N particles,thereby enhancing the suppression ability.With the increise of the proportion of hydrogen,this effect gradually decreases,when the hydrogen reaches a certain proportion,the decomposition rate of the inhibitor accelerates,the inhibitor inhibition ability decreases,the secondary recrystallization temperature decreases,and the secondary recrystallization is not easy to improve.When the Als is high,the amount and size of AlN or(Al,Si)N formed after nitriding are larger,and when the proportion of N^(2)in the high-temperature annealing atmosphere is high,it will promote the further precipitation of the inhibitor,but it will also promote the coarsening of the inhibitor particles and reduce the secondary recrystallization temperature.
