摘要
生物质能源具有安全性高、环保性强、分布广泛、易储存运输和产量大的优点,生物质能已成为继三大化石能源后的第四大能源,生物质气化作为生物质的一种重要应用形式,具有巨大的发展潜力和价值。介绍了生物质气化的概念、基本原理,并分析了气化剂气化、热解气化、催化气化、等离子体气化、超临界水气化等气化技术的优缺点,同时阐述了固定床气化炉、流化床气化炉、气流床气化炉、回转窑炉和等离子气化炉的工作原理及各自优缺点,最后指出生物质气化技术目前面临的问题,提出解决措施。
Biomass energy has the advantages of high safety,strong environmental protection,wide distribution,easy storage and transportation and large output,biomass energy has become the fourth largest energy after the three major fossil energy,and biomass gasification as an important application form of biomass has great development potential and value.In this paper,the concept and basic principles of biomass gasification were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of gasification technologies such as gasifier gasification,pyrolysis gasification,catalytic gasification,plasma gasification and supercritical water gasification were analyzed,and the working principles and respective advantages and disadvantages of fixed-bed gasifier,fluidized bed gasifier,airflow bed gasifier,rotary kiln and plasma gasifier were expounded.Finally,the problems faced by biomass gasification technology were pointed out,and the solutions were put forward.
