摘要
随着政府对环境保护和防止大气污染的日益重视,如何实现锅炉烟气指标的超低排放,已成为化工企业迫在眉睫的问题。文章就余热锅炉和脱硫脱硝除尘装置在运行后期出现烟气压力异常升高造成安全生产和环境保护无法保障的问题进行回顾、分析,并在停工检修期间找出问题的根源,通过合理有效的技术改造和后期运行方案的优化,实现了环保和节能减排的双重目标。
With the increasing attention of Chinese government on the protection of environment and prevention of air pollution,how to achieve the ultra-low emission of boiler flue gas has become an imminent issue for the development of chemical enterprises.This paper reviews and analyzes the problem of abnormal increase in flue gas pressure during the late period of operation of waste heat boilers and desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal devices,which leads to the inability to ensure safety production and environmental protection.The root cause of the problem is identified during the shutdown and maintenance period.Through reasonable and effective technological transformation measures and optimization of later operation plans,the dual goals of environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction have been achieved.
