摘要
                
                    益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,凝结魏茨曼氏菌因其抗逆性强、易储存、酶系丰富等特点成为近年来研究的热点之一。其作为产孢、产乳酸的革兰氏阳性、兼性厌氧微生物,具有耐高温、耐酸碱、抑菌等特点,可部分替代抗生素应用于畜禽养殖,还可于食品中防腐保鲜,亦可作为调节肠道健康的药剂应用于医药业。文章从凝结魏茨曼氏菌作为益生菌的发展史、生物学特性、功能特性、应用现状4个方面进行阐述,为其在畜牧业、食品业、医药业的应用提供参考。
                
                Probiotics are a kind of active microorganisms beneficial to the host.Weizmannia coagu⁃lans has been a hotspot of research in recent years because it has strong resistance to stress,easy storage,rich enzymes,and other characteristics.As a gram-positive facultative anaerobic microorganism,Weizmannia coagulans is capable of forming spores and producing lactic acid,with the characteristics of high resistance to heat,acid,alkali,and production of antibacterial active substances,etc.It can not only partially replace antibiotics in livestock breeding,but also play the role of antisepsis and preservation in the food industry,and can also be used in the pharmaceutical industry as a medicament to regulate intestinal health.The purpose of this paper is to review the development history,biological characteristics,functional characteristics and production and application status of Weizmannia coagulans as probiotics,and to provide reference for the current application of Weizmannia coagulans in animal husbandry,food industry and medicine industry.
