FKBPs家族调控的细胞自噬与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要 FK506结合蛋白(FKBPs)家族是一类具有肽基脯氨酰顺式/反式异构酶活性的高度保守的蛋白质家族,与肿瘤发生、转归密切相关。近年来许多研究发现,FKBPs家族成员如FKBP12、FKBP38和FKBP51等与细胞自噬紧密联系,且通过调控细胞自噬参与肿瘤的发生与发展。为了更好地了解FKBPs家族与细胞自噬的关系,进而为开发以细胞自噬为基础的肿瘤诊治方案提供理论依据,本文拟对FKBPs家族调控细胞自噬与肿瘤关系的研究进展进行综述。 FK506 binding proteins(FKBPs) family is a highly conserved protein family with peptidyl prolyl cis/trans isomerase activity,which is closely related to the occurrence and outcome of tumors.In recent years,many studies have found that FKBPs family members such as FKBP12,FKBP38 and FKBP51 are closely related to autophagy,and participate in the occurrence and development of tumors by regulating autophagy.In order to better understand the relationship between FKBPs family and autophagy,and provide theoretical basis for the development of autophagy based tumor diagnosis and treatment programs,this article reviews the research progress of the relationship between autophagy regulated by FKBPs family and tumors.
