摘要
枫桥经验作为中国基层社会治理的一面旗帜,凝结了一代代中国共产党人带领人民创新社会治理的探索智慧,为中国基层治理提供了经验借鉴。依据枫桥经验制定一个适应地区的调解机制无疑是实现基层治理、缓解社会矛盾、推动社会多元化治理的可行之策。基于上述认识,本文以永州市政法五老调解机制的基层实践为例,探讨在枫桥经验指引下的五老调解机制是如何在新时代下更好地实现基层治理。
The Fengqiao experience,as a banner of China's grassroots social governance,embodies the exploration wisdom of generations of Chinese Communists to lead the people to innovate social governance,and provides experience for China's grassroots governance.According to the experience of Fengqiao,formulating a mediation mechanism adapted to the region is undoubtedly a feasible way to realize grass-roots governance,alleviate social contradictions and promote diversified social governance.Based on the above understanding,this paper takes the grassroots practice of the mediation mechanism of the five old people of politics and law as an example to discuss how to make the mediation mechanism under the guidance of Fengqiao experience in the grass-roots governance in the new era.
