摘要
随着社会老龄化的加剧,老年人养老防诈骗问题逐渐成为社会关注的焦点。在互联网+时代的浪潮下,诈骗分子得以借助新的机会和手段,加剧了老年人面临的风险。互联网+背景下,新型养老防诈骗呈现出几个显现特点,包括网络诈骗的隐蔽性与普及性增强、虚拟身份欺诈、数据泄露导致风险加剧、心理误导与社交工程、技术手段的应用等。为了解决老年人面临的网络安全问题,可以采取多种措施,包括完善防骗应用程序、推广智能硬件、社会关爱与支持、教育培训、宣传材料制作等。这些措施可以提高老年人的网络安全意识和能力,减少他们成为网络诈骗的目标。
With the intensification of population aging,preventing elderly fraud in retirement has become a social concern.In the era of Internet+,fraudsters have found new opportunities and means to exacerbate the risks faced by the elderly.Under the background of Internet+,new challenges in preventing elderly fraud have emerged,including the increased concealment and prevalence of online scams,virtual identity fraud,heightened risks due to data breaches,psychological manipulation and social engineering,and the application of technological methods.To address the cybersecurity issues faced by the elderly,various measures can be taken,including improving anti-fraud applications,promoting smart devices,providing social care and support,offering education and training,and creating informative materials.These measures can enhance the elderly's awareness and capabilities in online security,reducing their vulnerability to online scams.
