摘要
目的探讨对行下肢骨折内固定术治疗的患者实施精细化手术配合护理的效果,以及对手术指标的影响。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月在济宁市第三人民医院行下肢骨折内固定术的患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组实施常规手术配合护理,观察组实施精细化手术配合护理。比较两组手术指标、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组术中失血量低于对照组,手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于行内固定术治疗的下肢骨折患者实施精细化手术配合护理,能在一定程度上减少术中失血量,减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者康复,且患者满意度较高。
Objective To explore the effect of implementing refined surgery and nursing care for patients undergoing internal fixation surgery for lower limb fractures,as well as the impact on surgical indicators.Methods Eighty patients who underwent internal fixation surgery for lower limb fractures at the Third People’s Hospital of Jining from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine surgical care,while the observation group received refined surgical care.Compare the surgical indicators,incidence of postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the surgical time,hospitalization time,and fracture healing time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lower limb fractures who undergo internal fixation surgery,implementing refined surgical care can reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,promote patient recovery,and increase patient satisfaction to some extent.
