摘要
为了解决定向长钻孔孔内负压分布模型不准确,长钻孔瓦斯抽采参数理论依据不足等问题,通过分析抽采负压与煤层瓦斯流动的关系,构建了定向长钻孔孔内负压分布模型,利用COMSOL软件数值模拟了定向长钻孔孔内负压非定常分布的有效抽采半径,并提出了“压茬效应”这一概念。研究结果表明:孔口负压与定向长钻孔孔内负压大小呈正比。在不同孔口负压下,分支长钻孔孔内负压与钻孔长度均呈线性关系,负压损失量和百米负压损失均随钻孔长度的增大而增大。提出了“压茬效应”这一概念,将定向长钻孔末端100 m的钻孔作为压茬钻孔,在瓦斯抽采效果检验时不做检验。同时,将钻孔孔深700 m处的有效抽采半径作为定向长钻孔的最终有效抽采半径。最后,利用残余瓦斯含量法得出某矿定向长钻孔抽采180 d的有效抽采半径为5.0 m,与数值模拟结果保持一致。
In order to solve the problems of inaccurate negative pressure distribution model in the directional long borehole and insufficient theoretical basis of gas extraction parameters in the long borehole,the negative pressure distribution model in the directional long borehole is constructed by analyzing the relationship between the negative pressure and the coal bed gas flow,and the effective extraction radius of the non-steady distribution of negative pressure in the directional long borehole is simulated by using COMSOL software,and the concept of"stubble effect"is proposed.The results show that the negative pressure at the orifice is in direct proportion to the negative pressure in the directional long hole.Under different negative pressure at the orifice,the negative pressure in the branch long borehole has a linear relationship with the borehole length,and the negative pressure loss and the negative pressure loss of 100 meters increase with the increase of the borehole length.The concept of"stubble pressing effect"is put forward,and the 100 m hole at the end of the directional long hole is used as stubble pressing hole,which will not be inspected during the inspection of gas extraction effect.At the same time,the effective extraction radius at the depth of 700 m of the borehole is taken as the final effective extraction radius of the directional long borehole.Finally,using the residual gas content method,the effective drainage radius of 180 days of directional long borehole drainage in a mine is 5.0 m,which is consistent with the numerical simulation results.
