摘要
针对目前家用紫外线消毒装置存在的诸多安全问题,本文基于TRIZ创新理论先对家用紫外线消毒装置存在的“传统低压汞蒸气灯不能有效杀菌”问题进行分析,再利用功能分析和因果链分析方法确定关键问题,最后利用功能导向搜索分析和物理矛盾分析方法确定解决方案。根据解决方案设计了UVC-LED消毒装置,根据对设备的功能测试,各项指标满足设计要求。
Addressing numerous safety issues inherent in current household ultraviolet disinfection devices,this paper utilizes the TRIZ innovation theory.Initially,it analyzes the problem of“traditional low-pressure mercury vapor lamps being ineffective for sterilization”in household ultraviolet disinfection devices.Subsequently,it employs functional analysis and causal chain analysis methods to identify key issues.Finally,it utilizes function-oriented search analysis and physical contradiction analysis methods to determine solutions.Based on the solutions,a UVC-LED disinfection device was designed.According to functional testing of the equipment,all indicators meet the design requirements.
