摘要
针对西曲矿原矿用绞车控制系统调速不平滑、操作复杂、系统可靠性差等问题,将PLC控制器与变频器调速技术相结合,提出了一种基于PLC控制的矿用绞车变频自带控制系统设计方案。新控制系统采用PLC控制器+变频调速的控制方案,可实现绞车的自动启停及自适应调速控制,并具备绞车运行参数设置及运行状态实时监控功能,有效提高系统自动化程度及调速性能,对于煤矿安全生产、高效运输具有实际意义。
In response to the problems of unsmooth speed regulation,complex operation,and poor system reliability in traditional mining winch control systems,the paper proposes a design scheme for a mining winch frequency conversion built-in control system based on PLC control,combining PLC contrller with frequency converter speed control,which can achieve automatic start/stop and adaptive speed regulation control of the winch with the function of setting winch operating parameters and real-time monitoring of operating status,effectively improving the automation level and speed regulation performance and showing practical significance for safe and efficient transportation and production in coal mines.
