摘要
为推广隔震技术在高速铁路建设中的应用,文章分析了隔震技术对高烈度区中小型站房经济性的影响。文章以一座布局具有代表性的铁路站房为例,建立了多种地震烈度条件下的普通抗震结构和隔震结构模型,分析不同条件下主材用量变化的规律、影响造价增减的因素。结果显示隔震建筑的土建造价略高于普通抗震建筑,增加幅度在5%左右,地震烈度和建筑首层面积对隔震建筑的造价影响较大。文章从综合经济性角度分析了高烈度区中小型站房采用隔震设计的优越性,并提出了站房采用隔震设计的适用条件:地震烈度较高、底层面积较小、层数不低于2层、地质条件较好、带地下室的线侧式站房,高填方地区的站房也非常适用。文中提出的相关研究数据可供有关部门决策和设计人员参考。
In order to promote the application of isolation technology in high-speed railway construction,this paper analyzes the economic effects of isolation technology on small and medium-sized station buildings in high intensity area.Taking a typical railway station building as an example,the general seismic structure and isolation structure models under various seismic intensity conditions are established,and the law of the change of main material consumption under different conditions and the factors affecting the cost increase and decrease are analyzed.The results show that the civil construction cost of the isolated building is slightly higher than that of the general seismic building,and the increase range is 5%.The seismic intensity and the area of the first floor have a great influence on the cost of the isolated building.This paper analyzes the advantages of seismic isolation design for small and medium-sized station buildings in high intensity area from the perspective of comprehensive economy,and puts forward the applicable conditions of seismic isolation design for station buildings:high seismic intensity,small bottom area,no less than 2 floors,good geological conditions,line side station buildings with basement,station buildings in high fill area are also very suitable.The relevant research data presented in this paper can be used as reference for decision-making and design personnel of relevant departments.
