汾石高速公路施工中路基土方开挖技术

摘要 为了提高高速公路路基土方开挖施工的建设效率与质量,应用纵向、横向混合土方开挖技术,对汾石高速公路路基土方开挖施工展开研究。根据工程概况,设计纵向、横向的混合土方开挖技术。应用平均断面法计算土方开挖工程量,为后续施工的开展提供数据参考;根据设计图纸,在施工路基的断面、中线以及高程做测量放样工作,为后续的施工提供基准目标。在土方开挖施工的过程中,换填路床并碾压压实,从而确保渣土边坡的稳固性。对施工质量进行检测与分析,对于随机10处测点,土方开挖后路基基底压实度最小值为98.32%,孔隙率最大值为28.5%,地基系数最小值为190 MPa/m,变形模量最小值为165.31 MPa,均在实际工程标准范围内。 In order to improve the construction efficiency and quality of roadbed earthwork excavation on highways,longitudinal and transverse mixed earthwork excavation techniques were applied to study the roadbed earthwork excavation construction of Fenshi Expressway.Design vertical and horizontal mixed soil excavation techniques based on the project overview.Apply the average cross-section method to calculate the amount of earthwork excavation work,providing data reference for subsequent construction.According to the design drawings,carry out measurement and layout work on the cross-section,centerline,and elevation of the construction roadbed to provide benchmark targets for subsequent construction.During the process of earthwork excavation,the roadbed is replaced and compacted to ensure the stability of the soil slope.Inspect and analyze the construction quality.For 10 random measurement points,the minimum compaction degree of the roadbed base after earthwork excavation is 98.32%,the maximum porosity is 28.5%,the minimum foundation coefficient is 190 MPa/m,and the minimum deformation modulus is 165.31 MPa,all of which are within the actual engineering standard range.
