聚丙烯腈/聚砜双尺度纳米纤维膜的制备、表征及空气过滤应用

摘要 通过模块化静电纺丝技术,制备了一种由掺杂氟化聚氨酯(FPU)的聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米纤维与聚砜(PSF)纳米纤维组成的双尺度复合纳米纤维膜空气过滤材料,并对其性能进行了表征。该复合膜平均孔径仅有1.35μm,孔隙率达到94.4%,对PM0.3的过滤效率达到99.90%,压降仅有68 Pa,品质因子高达0.101 Pa^(-1),实现了高效低阻。此外,聚丙烯腈纤维膜在氟化聚氨酯掺杂量达到18 wt%时,纤维直径为70±5 nm,水接触角高达153°。通过在COMSOL multiphysics 6.1软件上建立空气流场来模拟纤维膜的滤效和压降,进一步证明了该纤维膜具有优异的高效低阻性能。将双尺度纳米纤维膜与纺粘无纺布进行超声复合后,经打折、封边制备成品过滤器,并将其与商用过滤器进行了对比,在5 min内PM_(2.5)浓度仍保持在18μg·m^(-3),过滤性能明显优于商用过滤器。可为构建高效低阻的纳米纤维空气滤材提供一种思路。 A dual-scale composite nanofiber membrane air filtration material composed of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nanofibers doped with fluorinated polyurethane(FPU)and polysulfone(PSF)nanofibers was prepared by modular electrospinning technique and its performance was characterized.The average pore size of the composite membrane was only 1.35μm,and the porosity reached 94.4%,the filtration efficiency of PM 0.3 reached 99.90%and the pressure drop was only 68 Pa,and the quality factor was as high as 0.101 Pa^(-1),which truly realized high efficiency and low resistance.In addition,when PAN fiber membrane in FPU doping amounted to 18 wt%,the fiber diameter was 70±5 nm,the water contact angle was as high as 153°.Moreover,by building an air flow field on COMSOL multiphysics 6.1 software to simulate the filtration efficiency and pressure drop of the fiber membranes,the results further proved that the fiber membranes has excellent high-efficiency and low-resistance performance.After the ultrasonic composite of the dual-scale nanofiber membrane and spunbond non-woven fabric,the finished filter was prepared by folding and edge sealing and compared with the commercial filter.The PM_(2.5)concentration remained at 18μg·m^(-3)within 5 minutes,which is significantly better than that of the commercial filter.Therefore,this study provided a way to construct nanofiber air filters with high efficiency and low resistance.
