摘要
青岛大学附属医院以入院过程关键节点为线索,立足患者需求,自主研发患者服务平台,构建智慧化入院服务场景,延伸院前入院准备服务,拓展患者入院办理模式,真正为患者解决住院的衣食住行问题。全流程一站式智慧化入院服务场景的构建与应用,为优化和拓展入院服务流程、提升患者就医体验、提高医院管理效率提供了借鉴。
Based on the key nodes in the admission process,based on the needs of patients,the patient service platform is independently developed to build intelligent admission service scenarios,extend pre-hospital admission preparation services,expand patient admission management mode,and truly solve the problems of food,clothing,housing and transportation for patients in hospital.The construction and application of the full-process one-stop intelligent admission service scenario provides a reference for optimising and expanding the admission service process,enhancing the patient experience and improving the efficiency of hospital management.
