摘要
介绍了LECO RO500氧分析仪测试氧含量的工作原理,对该仪器在检测铜杆氧含量过程中出现仪器漏气检查未通过、分析时自动终止、分析功率不足、分析曲线异常等四类常见故障的具体原因进行了分析,并采取了相应的控制措施,结果表明,制定的四种常见故障控制措施有效,氧分析仪的平均故障处理时间从4 h降低到1 h。
It introduced the working principle of the LECO RO500 oxygen analyzer for measuring oxygen content,four kinds of common faults,such as failed instrument gas leak check,automatic termination of analysis operation,analysis powerless,abnormal analysis curve occurred in measurement process of the oxygen content of copper rods by the instrument,the specific reasons for the above-mentioned faults were analyzed,and the corresponding control measures were taken,then,the results showed that the control measures worked for four kinds of faults,the average fault treatment time of the oxygen analyzer was decreased from 4 h to 1 h.
