摘要
随着新技术的发展,广播电视安全播出要求也越来越高,传统单一的分割式监测监管布局已经无法完全适应新要求。因此,为提高安全播出保障水平和值班效率,有必要建设一个综合智慧化管控平台。基于此,分析高山发射台综合智慧化管控平台建设的维度、技术方案、施工方案、注意事项及效益。
With the development of new technologies,the requirements for safe broadcasting of broadcasting and television are also increasing.The traditional single segmented monitoring and supervision layout can no longer fully adapt to the new requirements.Therefore,in order to improve the level of safety broadcasting guarantee and duty efficiency,it is necessary to build a comprehensive intelligent control platform.Based on this,analyze the dimensions,technical solutions,construction plans,precautions,and benefits of the construction of a comprehensive intelligent control platform for high-altitude launch stations.
