摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)是一种以疼痛、肿胀、活动受限和致残性为特征的骨性关节病,是常见的退行性骨科病。膝骨性关节炎常随着患病年限的增加而进展,导致患者生活品质显著降低。目前临床上KOA常用的保守治疗方式主要为中医外治疗法、口服药物治疗以及现代物理疗法。而中医外治法拥有数千年的历史,又可以根据患者的病情特点,辨证施治,以达到最好的治疗效果。在KOA的治疗过程中,中医外治法又因为操作简单,费用低廉,临床疗效好等特点,得到广大患者的支持和认可,有成为KOA主要治疗方式的趋势。随着现代医疗的发展,KOA的中医外治法也有了更深远的创新和发展,通过阅读近年来的文献,更新汇总了最新KOA中医外治法的研究进展,期待能够在KOA患者实际治疗上提供一定的参考与借鉴。
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common degenerative orthopedic disease characterized by pain,swelling,limited mobility and disability.KOA often progresses with the increase of the disease years,leading to a significant reduction in the quali-ty of life of patients.At present,the commonly used conservative treatment methods of KOA in clinic are mainly external treat-ment of traditional Chinese medicine,oral drug treatment and modern physical therapy.The external treatment of traditional Chi-nese medicine has a history of thousands of years,and it can be used according to the characteristics of the patient's condition,so as to achieve the best treatment effect.During the treatment of KOA,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has been supported and recognized by the majority of patients because of its simple operation,low cost and good clinical efficacy,and has become the main treatment of KOA.With the development of modern medicine,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for KOA has also made more profound innovation and development.With the development of modern medicine,the ex-ternal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for KOA has also made more profound innovation and development.Through reading the literature in recent years,the latest research progress of the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for KOA has been updated and summarized,and it is expected to provide some reference and reference for the actual treatment of KOA pa-tients.
