适用于特高压电气用改性环氧树脂的合成及性能研究

摘要 我国特高压电气用环氧树脂的应用与研究起步较晚,目前90%以上依赖进口。为改变这一现状,团队以国产双酚A环氧树脂结合纳米级β-Al_(2)O_(3)、甲基六氢苯酐、硅烷偶联剂等为原料制备出特高压改性环氧树脂。通过与进口的同类型环氧树脂性能对比发现自主研发的环氧树脂浇筑的固化件外观更具瓷感,玻璃化温度高于100℃、平均拉伸强度高70 MPa、平均弯曲强度以及抗热冲击性能均与进口同类型环氧树脂相当。有助于填补我国在特高压电气用高性能环氧树脂的技术空白,改变我国在该领域完全依赖于进口的现状。 The application and research of epoxy resin for Ultra High Voltage(UHV)electrical use in China started late,and currently more than 90%of it is dependent on imports.In order to change this status,the team prepared UHV modified epoxy resin by combining domestic bisphenol A epoxy resin with nanoscaleβ-Al_(2)O_(3),methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride and silane coupling agent as raw materials.Through the same type of epoxy resin performance comparison with imports of self-developed epoxy resin cast cured parts have a more porcelain appearance,glass transition temperature(T g)is higher than 100℃,the average tensile strength is higher than 70 MPa,the average bending strength and thermal shock resistance properties are comparable with imports of the same type of epoxy resin.It helps to fill the technical gap of high-performance epoxy resin for UHV electrics in China,and change the status quo that China is totally dependent on imports in this field.
