摘要
为体现合理的维修时机在决定轴承使用效率与经济效益方面的重要作用,以滚动轴承为研究对象,基于威布尔比例风险模型,分别建立单一可用度决策模型,单一维修费用决策模型,综合利用可用度、维修费用、可靠性指标建立的模糊多目标规划维修决策模型,用层次分析法中的比例标度对模糊多目标规划模型约束条件进行改进,实现对滚动轴承的维修决策的优化,对比3种模型的计算结果。通过试验数据验证表明,改进的模糊多目标优化决策模型比单一目标模型更具优越性。
In order to reflect the important role of reasonable maintenance timing in determining the efficiency and economic benefits of bearing use,rolling bearings are taken as the research object,Weibull proportional risk model is used as the basis to establish single availability decision model,single maintenance cost decision model,and fuzzy multi-objective planning model using availability,maintenance cost and reliability indexes respectively.And the proportional scale in hierarchical analysis is used to improve the fuzzy multi-objective planning model to realize the optimization of maintenance decision of rolling bearings and compare the three models.The calculation results are compared.The experimental data shows that the multi-objective optimization model is superior to the single-objective model.
