河北省城市生活垃圾处理温室气体排放特征研究 被引量:2

Study on the greenhouse gas emission characteristics of municipal solid waste treatment in Hebei Province

摘要 以《省级温室气体清单编制指南(试行)》为依据,参考《2006年IPCC国家温室气体清单指南》等测算了河北省2015—2021年城市生活垃圾卫生填埋和焚烧处理过程温室气体排放量,分析生活垃圾的两种处理方式温室气体排放特征。结果标明:①河北省生活垃圾卫生填埋量以每年3.6%的速率递减,焚烧量以每年25.0%速率递增,2019年两种处理方式处理量基本相当。②由于生活垃圾焚烧处理比例持续提升,河北省生活垃圾处理二氧化碳排放从2017年之后持续降低。③生活垃圾焚烧处理二氧化碳排放强度远低于卫生填埋排放强度,因此河北省生活垃圾处理二氧化碳减排的关键是生活垃圾卫生填埋处理比例进一步降低,焚烧处理比例进一步提高。 Guided by the Guidelines for the Preparation of Provincial Greenhouse Gas List and IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories,the greenhouse gas emissions from sanitary landfill and incineration of municipal solid waste treatment in Hebei Province 2015-2021 were calculated,and the greenhouse gas emission characteristics of two treatment methods of municipal solid waste were analyzed.The results showed that①In Hebei Province,the amount of sanitary landfill waste treatment decreased at a rate of 3.6%per year,and the amount of incineration treatment increased at a rate of 25.0%per year,and the amount of the two treatment methods was basically equivalent in 2019.②As the proportion of incineration treatment continues to increase,greenhouse gas emissions from municipal solid waste treatment have continued to decrease since 2017 in Hebei Province.③The greenhouse gas emission intensity of incineration is much lower than sanitary landfill.Therefore,the key to greenhouse gas emission reduction of municipal solid waste treatment in Hebei Province is to reduce the proportion of sanitary landfill treatment and increase the proportion of incineration treatment.
