摘要
为探索玄武岩纤维(BF)对混凝土力学性能的影响,以BF的长度(12、18、24 mm)和体积掺量(0.1%、0.2%、0.3%)为变量,研究了玄武岩混凝土的抗压性能与韧性,分析了BF对混凝土韧性改善的作用机理。结果表明:随着BF长度和掺量的增加,试件的抗压强度均先增大后减小,但差距不大,最佳BF长度和掺量分别为18 mm和0.1%;BF对混凝土变形能力与韧性的提升效果明显,BF的最佳长度为18 mm、掺量为0.2%,BF的掺入对混凝土峰值荷载前的韧性提升比峰值荷载后更明显。
In order to explore the effects of basalt fiber(BF)on the mechanical performance of concrete,taking the length(12、18、24 mm)and content(0.1%、0.2%、0.3%)of BF as variables,the compressive performance and toughness of basalt fiber reinforced concrete were studied,and the mechanism of BF on the improvement of the toughness of basalt fiber reinforced concrete was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the length and content of BF,the compressive strength of the specimen first increases and then decreases,but the difference is small,and the optimal length and content of BF are 18 mm and 0.1%,respectively.The effect of BF on the improvement of concrete deformability and toughness is obvious,and the optimal length of BF is 18 mm,and the content is 0.2%.The effect of BF on the improvement of toughness of concrete before peak loads are more pronounced than that after peak loads.
