摘要
随着新能源渗透率的不断提高,仅依靠传统火电机组难以保障频率稳定安全;新能源场站出于经济性的考虑,致使电力部门难以掌握新能源场站的真实调频性能,严重威胁电力系统的安全运行。为了解决传统火电机组频率支撑不足和实时掌握新能源场站调频性能困难的问题,研究了频率测量、非同步采样、控制策略、在线可观性系统等关键技术,研制了新能源快速功率控制系统,通过第三方检测,验证了方案的高性能。
With the continuous improvement of new energy penetration rate,it is difficult to ensure the frequency stability only by relying on conventional thermal power units.Power administrations generally cannot clearly know the frequency modulation performance of new energy farms owing to their nature of pursuing economic benefits.This threatens security of power system.In order to solve the problem of insufficient frequency support of conventional thermal power units and the difficulty of monitoring the frequency modulation performance of new energy farms in real time,this paper studies the key technologies such as online monitoring system,frequency measurement,asynchronous sampling,and control strategy,and develops a new energy fast power control system.Third party testing has verified the high performance of this scheme.
