摘要
介绍了相控阵超声检测在集箱小径管管座角焊缝检测上的应用,分析了小径管管座的结构和检测难点;从相控阵检测的原理、相控阵检测方法、相控阵检测设备阐述了相控阵检测技术在小径管管座角焊缝检测的研究和发展现状,并探讨了相控阵超声检测技术未来的发展方向。
This paper introduces the application of phased array ultrasonic testing in the detection of corner welds on small diameter pipe sockets in the header,and analyzes the structure and detection difficulties of small diameter pipe sockets.Elaborates on the research and development status of phased array detection technology in the detection of small diameter pipe seat corner welds from the principles,methods,and equipment of phased array detection,and explores the future development direction of phased array ultrasonic detection technology.
