摘要
道岔是一种机车车辆转换线路的连接设备,而地铁道岔一般设置在车站范围,在几条地铁线路穿插运行时,列车通过产生的噪声较大,尤其邻近居民住宅和地下商铺时,无法有效对噪声进行控制。近年来钢弹簧浮置板道床广泛应用在轨道交通领域,其将整体道床和弹性阻尼隔振器有机结合形成质量与弹簧减振体系,能够吸收和抑制结构噪声传导,具有良好的三维弹性与稳定性,能够大幅降低列车行驶中对环境的振动和噪声影响。为科学评价钢弹簧道岔系统实际减振效果,本文综合分析列车通过车站时的钢轨、浮置板、隧道壁振动特性,从时域和频域两方面对比分析各类轨道结构减振效果以验证钢弹簧减振道岔的性能。
The switch is a kind of connection equipment for the conversion of locomotive and train lines,while the subway switch is generally set in the station area,when several subway lines are interspersed,the noise generated by the train is larger,especially when it is near residential buildings and underground shops,it can not effectively control the noise.In recent years,the steel spring floating plate bed is widely used in the field of rail transit.The system organically combines the whole bed and the elastic damping spring isolator to form a mass and spring vibration damping system,which can absorb and suppress structural noise conduction,has good three-dimensional elasticity and stability,and can greatly reduce the impact of vibration and noise on the environment during train running.In order to scientifically evaluate the actual vibration reduction effect of steel spring turnout system,this paper comprehensively analyzes the vibration characteristics of rail,floating plate and tunnel wall when the train passes through the station,and compares and analyzes the vibration reduction effect of various track structures from two aspects of time domain and frequency domain to verify the performance of steel spring vibration reduction turnout.
