引黄滴灌系统灌水器堵塞机理及措施研究进展

摘要 黄河水中含有大量的泥沙颗粒、微生物和有机物等,使得灌水器堵塞机理变得更为复杂,堵塞风险也大幅度增加,随着滴灌形式的多功能转变,对灌水器的抗堵塞能力提出了更高的要求。为了探索适宜引黄灌区滴灌系统灌水器堵塞问题的解决方案,本研究通过对灌水器堵塞物质来源与特征组分进行分析,系统梳理了灌水器堵塞的主要影响因素、灌水器发生堵塞的特性,并提出了缓解灌水器堵塞的主要方法,如控制水源水质、优化灌水器结构、应用微生物拮抗技术等。最后,基于引黄灌区的地域特性提出了其未来研究方向的相关建议,旨在为解决灌水器堵塞问题提供理论基础,有效推动黄河流域滴灌技术的大面积应用和滴灌系统的高效安全运行。 The Yellow River water contains a large amount of sediment particles,microorganisms,and organic matter,making the clogging mechanism of emitters more complex and the risk of clogging significantly increased.With the multifunctional transformation of drip irrigation forms,higher requirements have been put forward for the anti clogging ability of emitters.In order to explore solutions to the problem of clogging in drip irrigation systems in the Yellow River diversion irrigation area,this study analyzed the sources and characteristic components of clogging substances in the irrigation system,systematically sorted out the main influencing factors of clogging in the irrigation system,the characteristics of clogging in the irrigation system,and proposed the main methods to alleviate clogging in the irrigation system,such as controlling the water quality of the water source,optimizing the structure of the irrigation system,and applying microbial antagonistic technology.Finally,based on the regional characteristics of the Yellow River irrigation area,relevant suggestions for future research directions were proposed,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for solving the problem of clogging of irrigators,effectively promoting the large-scale application of drip irrigation technology in the Yellow River Basin and the efficient and safe operation of drip ir rigation systems.
