摘要
                
                    高炉低硅冶炼是一项降焦增效的节能技术,其主要通过控制原燃料成分、建立合理的高炉操作制度,降低铁水中的硅含量,以达到减少焦炭等原燃料消耗的目的。实现高炉冶炼低硅铁水,需要控制原燃料指标及性能,从高炉硅元素反应入手,创造低硅冶炼条件。
                
                Low silicon smelting in blast furnace is an energy-saving technology to reduce coke and increase efficiency,which reduces the silicon content in hot metal mainly by controlling the composition of raw fuel and establishing a reasonable blast furnace operation system,so as to reduce the consumption of raw fuels such as coke.To realize smelting low silicon hot metal in blast furnace,it is necessary to control the index and performance of raw fuels,and start from the silicon element reaction of blast furnace to create low silicon smelting condition.
