基于模糊-组合赋权的装配式建筑全生命周期风险评价

Whole-life Cycle Risk Assessment of Prefabricated Buildings Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method with Combination Empowerment

摘要 为丰富装配式建筑全生命周期风险评价理论研究,对装配式建筑各阶段风险进行有效识别并评价,以期降低风险发生概率,运用文献研究法、专家访谈法,选取装配式建筑决策、设计、构件生产和运输、施工、运营5个阶段27个风险指标建立评价指标体系;运用主观赋权法中改进层次分析法和客观赋权法中熵权法进行组合赋权确定指标权重,结合模糊综合评价法构建评价模型;将模型应用于武汉某装配式建筑进行实证分析得出各阶段风险等级。结果表明:该模型评估结果可靠,评估方法具有一定的科学性和合理性,对装配式建筑全生命周期风险评价和管理研究具有重要意义。 In order to enrich the whole life cycle risk evaluation theory,the risk identification and evaluation of each stage of the prefabricated building is carried out effectively,so as to reduce the probability of the occurrence of risk,this paper uses literature research method and expert interview method to select 27 risk indicators of the decision-making,design,component production and transportation,construction,operation stage of the prefabricated building to establish the evaluation index system.Using improved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)and entropy weight method(EWM)to determine index weight,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct evaluation model.The model was applied to a prefabricated building in Wuhan and the risk level of each stage was obtained by empirical analysis.The results show that the model is reliable,and the evaluation method is scientific and reasonable,which is of great significance to the whole life cycle risk assessment and management of the prefabricated buildings.
