摘要
为了研究多煤层重复采动下覆岩破坏高度的发育规律,以新安煤矿阻水勘察为工程背景,理论分析了重复采动覆岩裂隙发育机理及裂隙带高度的计算方法,采用3DEC模拟软件,研究了重复采动覆岩的破坏特征,对隔水层进行注浆加固,模拟了加固前后覆岩运动差异。结果表明:数值模拟结果显示,10^(#)煤工作面顶板竖向位移最大沉降量达到4.3 m,裂隙高度最大发育至63 m,通过岩层拉伸率计算导高为60.7 m,两者计算结果基本一致;对采区上方隔水层注浆加固后,导水裂隙带发育高度有所降低。该研究可为新安矿区水害防治提供一定的参考。
This paper describes an investigation into the development law behind overburden failure height under repeated mining in multiple seam.The study taking Xin′an coal mine water blocking survey as the engineering background,involves theoretically analyzing the development mechanism of overlying rock fractures under repeated miningand the calculation method of fracture zone height,studying the failure characteristics of overlying rock under repeated mining using 3DEC numerical simulation,grouting in waterproof layer for reinforcement;and simulating overburden movement differences before and after reinforcement.The results show that by numerical simulation,the vertical displacement maximum of the top plate working face in 10^(#) coal reaches 4.3 m,the crack height maximum develops to 63 m,and basically consistent with the calculated height of the conductivity 60.7 m based on the rock layer tensile ratio.Reinforcing the upper part of the mining area by injecting cement ash material reduces the developing height of the water conducting fracture zone,which provides certain reference for prevention and control of water hazards in Xin′an mining area.
