鸡毒支原体抗体间接ELISA检测技术的应用

摘要 该文主要探究ELISA检测试剂盒在鸡毒支原体检测中的应用。使用血清样品、鸡毒支原体菌株和SPF鸡等作为实验材料,分别进行灵敏性实验、重复性实验、抗体持续期检测、临床样品检测准确性检测和保存期实验。结果表明,ELISA试剂盒的灵敏性较好;重复性实验的稳定性达到预期;鸡在接种弱毒性疫苗后的35 d内,血清中抗体水平有明显上升;临床样品检测准确性较高;在保存期320 d内,ELISA试剂盒内试剂的敏感性和特异性良好。分析可得,使用ELISA试剂盒测试血清中的鸡毒支原体是可行的,并且具有操作简便、成本较低、效率较快的优势。 This paper mainly explores the application of ELISA detection kit in the detection of Mycoplasma gallisepticum.Using serum samples,Mycoplasma gallisepticum strain and SPF chicken as experimental materials,sensitivity test,repeatability test,antibody duration test,clinical sample detection accuracy test and preservation period test were carried out respectively.The results showed that the sensitivity of ELISA kit was good,the stability of repetitive test was as expected,the antibody level in serum of chickens increased significantly within 35 days after inoculation with weak toxicity vaccine,the detection accuracy of clinical samples was high,and the sensitivity and specificity of ELISA kit were good within 320 days.According to the analysis,it is feasible to use ELISA kit to detect Mycoplasma gallisepticum in serum,and it has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and high efficiency.
